Our aim is to ensure that all our customers have equal access to information produced by Three Oaks Homes or the EMHGroup.
If you have difficulty in understanding any of the information we provide or need it in a different format we can provide this to meet your needs. We can provide:
- Large print
- Audio
- Braille
- Language translation - written or verbal
- Signed interpretation

TOH is a member of Language Line. This is a 24 hour telephone interpreting service. Language Line has access to qualified interpreters in over 100 languages.
