All Tenants in Blaby District are eligible to be considered for membership of the Board.
The Board membership has to have a balanced skills base and prospective new members are asked to complete a skills audit.
All Tenant Board members are recruited through Three Oaks Homes Tenants’ Federation and any tenant wishing to be considered should contact the committee for a skills audit form.

When their completed form is returned their name will be placed on the reserve list until a suitable vacancy arises at which time all tenants with the relevant skills will have their name put forward to the Board for election.
Tenants on the reserve list will be invited to attend some Board meetings, as observers, so that they become familiar with how the Board works.
