	Bruce Kerr, Managing Director for Three Oaks Homes Bruce has worked in social housing for 30 years, joining Three Oaks Homes as its Managing Director in August 2008, a few months before the stock transfer. For the past 19 years Bruce has been a senior manager for large, medium and small housing associations, and before that was a housing consultant with a market leading public sector consultancy.
	Richard Rae, Head of Maintenance Services Richard has spent the past 15 years at East Midlands Housing Association, part of East Midlands Housing Group (EMHG), of which Three Oaks Homes is a member.
	Sue Lees, Head of Housing Services Sue joined TOH on the 3rd November 2008, having spent 3 years as operations manager at Leicester Newarke Housing, part of Waterloo Housing Group. Sue has worked in housing since 1992.
