Three Oaks Homes is managed by the TOH Management Team. The team work closely with the Board to ensure customers and partners receive the very best service.
Structure Chart of our staff
The Promises Monitoring Group (PMG) is a sub group of the Board. It is made up of Board members and Three Oaks Homes Tenant Federation Committee Members (TOHTF). The purpose of the group is to monitor the delivery and progress against the 50plus promises made to tenants at transfer from Blaby District Council.
The Maintenance Audit Group (MAG) has been established for the specific purpose of monitoring the response to the Audit Commission report on Blaby District Council’s maintenance service, now a TOH responsibility.
The Maintenance Audit Group has the following responsibilities:
- update the Inspection Action Plan approved by Board
- question progress against the action plan
- add items to the action plan following changes to Audit Commission KLOEs
- add items to the action plan prompted by Tenants Services Authority publications
- review best practice in the delivery of maintenance services
- obtain feedback from residents and other stakeholders on service delivery
- seek reports on specific maintenance issues including assessment against KLOEs
- to monitor maintenance performance
- review the performance of TOPS, including the TOPS business plan
- establish appropriate timescales for action to improve maintenance services
