Service Description
Best Value is a process by which continuous improvement in services is demonstrated. Organisations using this process must show they have implemented the 'four Cs' of Best Value (challenge, compare, compete, consult) by carrying out reviews of their various housing services. Part of this includes the involvement of residents in giving feedback and making suggestions about how the service can be improved.
